BARDA Vaccine Medical Countermeasures for Pandemic Influenza Preparedness & Response

The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services' BARDA is soliciting contractors to supply vaccine medical countermeasures, including antigens, adjuvants, and influenza vaccines, to support pandemic influenza preparedness, response, and related regulatory and manufacturing activities. Contractors must provide all necessary services, personnel, facilities, and materials to produce these products against influenza strains with pandemic potential and to generate supporting analytical, nonclinical, clinical, and CMC data for FDA submissions. Eligible bidders are limited to manufacturers that hold a U.S. influenza vaccine license or have submitted a BLA for a seasonal or pandemic influenza vaccine.
