Prop 47 Cohort 5 Grant: Programming Services

Tuolumne County, through its Probation Department, is soliciting proposals to deliver case management, risk/needs assessments, outpatient substance use disorder treatment, employment and education programming, and community navigation services for justice-involved individuals with substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders under the Proposition 47 Cohort 5 initiative. The selected provider will collaborate with the Superior Court, Probation, and Behavioral Health to ensure timely assessments, appropriate care placement, and evidence-based treatment that supports reduced recidivism and improved stability. Experienced behavioral health organizations, nonprofits, and treatment providers capable of operating in rural settings are expected to submit bids.
