Perform PM and services as needed for Cepheid GeneXpert Analyzers

The Defense Health Agency, through Madigan Army Medical Center, seeks a non-personal services contract for preventive maintenance, repair, and support of government-owned Cepheid GeneXpert analyzers and components. The requirement is highly specialized, depending on Cepheid’s proprietary intellectual property, patented cartridge technology, and analytical software. Only Cepheid is authorized to provide these services in the United States, so the sole-source award is expected to go to that vendor.
