Participant Basic Agreement (PBA) Opportunity - Threat Agnostic Host-Directed Therapeutics

The DoD's CPE CBRND seeks industry collaborators to develop the HEALER portfolio of threat-agnostic, host-directed therapeutics that enhance physiological resilience against CBRN exposures by targeting neurological protection, respiratory stabilization, immune modulation, hematologic/vascular function, and cellular stress pathways. These dual-use medical countermeasures are intended to support warfighter recovery while also addressing civilian critical care needs through convergent host-response mechanisms. Pharmaceutical and biotechnology firms with expertise in host-directed drug development are invited to submit proposals for participation.
