Generative Unconstrained Intelligence Drug Engineering (GUIDE) Collaboration Between U.S. Interagency, Academic and Industry Partners

The US Army's GUIDE solicitation seeks collaborators for an integrated computational and experimental platform that leverages advanced simulation and machine learning to accelerate development of medical countermeasures, including biological products like monoclonal antibodies and vaccines, as well as small molecule drugs, by optimizing attributes such as safety, efficacy, manufacturability, and pharmacokinetics. This initiative, part of the Joint Project Lead for CBRND Enabling Biotechnologies, targets participation under a Participant Basic Agreement (PBA) from U.S. interagency, academic, and industry partners with expertise in medical countermeasure development.
