Consultant Project Manager for the LIFT Telehealth Initiative (Utah Rural Health Transformation Program)

The University of Utah, on behalf of the Utah Telehealth Alliance Steering Committee and the Utah Education and Telehealth Network (UETN), seeks a firm or individual consultant to serve as Project Manager for alliance establishment and governance under the LIFT Initiative (Leveraging Innovation for Facilitated Telehealth), Key Action 5.1A of Initiative 5 of Utah's Rural Health Transformation Program. The work is recruiting and convening a statewide telehealth alliance and standing up its governance; the statewide needs assessment and later funded projects are outside this contract. Questions are due October 28, 2026; the contract term runs November 16, 2026 through September 30, 2027.
