Comprehensive Medical Services

Alameda County is procuring comprehensive medical care and coordinated systems of care for the justice-involved population at Santa Rita Jail in Dublin, California, under a three-year contract with an option to renew for two years. Services include administering and prescribing medication, women’s health, dental care, clinic time, CalAIM Reentry coordination, and coordination with mental health providers; the contractor must work cooperatively with the Alameda County Sheriff’s Office, local hospitals, and Alameda County Behavioral Health, which provides mental health care. The County plans to select the most qualified, responsible bidder whose response conforms to the RFP and meets its requirements.
