Artificial Intelligence and Radiomics to Predict Hepatocellular Carcinoma Risk in Cirrhosis Patients

The National Institute of Diabetes and Digestive and Kidney Diseases requires acquisition of a clinical cohort of patients who underwent liver transplantation for hepatocellular carcinoma, along with associated magnetic resonance imaging studies, de-identified radiology reports, and related clinical data. These datasets will enable AI and radiomics research to predict HCC risk, recurrence, and support translational studies in cirrhosis and liver disease. Academic medical centers or research institutions holding compliant liver imaging and transplant datasets, such as the University of Pennsylvania, are the primary entities positioned to fulfill this request.
