Pharmarcokinetics for Experimental Rheumatoid Arthritis treatment

The Department of Veterans Affairs seeks a contractor to conduct GLP-compliant single-dose intravenous toxicity studies and GLP or non-GLP pharmacokinetic studies in adult rats for an experimental joint-targeted liposomal delivery system treating rheumatoid arthritis. Required services include clinical observations, blood chemistry, necropsy, histopathology, timed blood sampling, LC-MS/MS analysis of dexamethasone and its metabolite, PK parameter calculations, and a final integrated report. This one-year preclinical contract would suit contract research organizations or specialized laboratories experienced in GLP toxicology, bioanalytical testing, and rodent IV studies.
