Acquisition of deep ultraviolet 304 nm laser for high-dimensional flow cytometry

The Department of Health and Human Services seeks to procure a deep ultraviolet 304 nm laser system—including the laser unit, power supply, cabling, and operations software—for the LP Research Flow Cytometry Facility to upgrade existing high-dimensional instruments such as Cytek spectral, LSRII, LSR Fortessa, and Influx cytometers. The laser will enable excitation of deep ultraviolet fluorescent probes, expanding spectral analysis capabilities without requiring entirely new equipment.
